Nukleinsäure-Extraktion und Nachweis von Mutationen in den HRR-Genen ATM, ATR, BRCA1, BRCA2, CDK12, CHEK1, CHEK2 und PALB2 mittels molekularpathologischer Methoden, wobei die Testmethode frei wählbar ist. Es sind 10 Fälle zu untersuchen, davon neun mCRPC Gewebe-Fälle und eine artifizielle Probe als FFPE-Curl (10 µm, ca. 400 ng DNA).
